Kenseido
Kenseido is a guiding discipline that encompasses all the know-how and key elements found in Karate, Aikido, Kung Fu, Judo, aiki-jujitsu. Kenseido emphasizes life-skills and develops psychological equilibrium. Kenseido was established in Japan in 1972 by Akizuki Masaayuki as an accredited Sogo Budo. The United States Headquarters Dojo of Kenseido was established in San Antonio, Texas, by Kyoshi Shihan Winslow Swart in 1986.
